Breakfast Menu Brannigans Restaurant !

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and for over thirty years (30) Brannigans Victoria has proudly served our diners a wide variety of breakfast foods, all day long.

At Brannigans, our cup of coffee has no bottom. We will happily serve you hot, fresh brewed coffee with refills usually being offered before you have to ask. Three egg omelets are prepared from farm fresh cracked eggs, pan fries are fresh cut, and fresh fruit salad is prepared in house.  Have a look at our menu and you will see all of the standard breakfast offerings as well as huevos rancheros, wraps, and eggs Benedict.  Our light and airy pancakes served with warmed syrup are full of flavour from their buttermilk base...  As if that were not enough; Brannigans Restaurant also has several varieties of waffles with sweet or savory toppings.  Our mother’s day special of sweet and savory crepes was a big hit.  A nice selection of ever healthy items such as oatmeal, yogurt, fruit cups, and granola options are all available. And, of course, we serve fresh baked bran muffins along with other various flavours to accompany that cup of coffee.  Call us a for “grab and go” take out – we’ll have it ready for you. The menu includes smaller portions, priced accordingly, to suit the smaller appetite

The Brannigans Breakfast menu includes seven (7) different three-egg omelets from ham and cheese, through smoked salmon and the Denver omelet to a wonderful Spinach, feta, and tomato omelet. Five different skillets ranging from a farmer’s skillet to a lumberjack skillet will satisfy the largest of appetites. Pancakes from Brannigans are legendary. They are always light and fluffy, the incredible taste comes from the B.C. Buttermilk used to make the mix rise, keep them light and add to the overall flavour.  French toast served at Brannigans is flavourful, choose the cinnamon sticky bun or stuffed, a great way to get the day off to a great start. The waffles Brannigans serves are of equal renown being fluffy and crisp with a variety of toppings.

Looking at the more traditional breakfast fare of Brannigans Victoria farm fresh cracked eggs take the spotlight and are served any way imaginable with bacon, ham, sausage, steak, and even in a burrito! The Huevos Rancheros with their incredible mix of salsa, cheeses, refried beans, onions and peppers as well as two eggs are served in a seasoned tortilla. For those more inclined to a healthy fare, the oatmeal is ready in minutes, fruit and granola parfaits with yogurt, a fruit cup with muffin, or toast are all available to your table or packaged and ready to go.
